Why is good mental health a priority?

We heard from the community that a lot of people are concerned about mental health and support for people in times of crisis. Some people also asked about services for Aboriginal people that are culturally safe.

Just like eating healthy food or getting exercise, it helps you function, connect with others, and get through life’s ups and downs. When we take mental health seriously, everyone benefits. People are healthier, families are stronger, and communities become better places to live.
