Here's what your community told us about health services in Eden

A Eden Health Services Survey was launched in September 2025. The survey asked residents about their experiences when accessing healthcare services. A total of 267 survey responses were received from community members, representing 7.8% of the 3,425 residents living in Eden and the surrounding areas.


We interviewed 11 health professionals and asked them about healthcare in Eden. This is what they said.

  6. Some communities face economic hardship and cultural barriers that affect their health.
  7. There is a strong need to focus more on prevention and community-based healthcare.
  8. Buildings, equipment, and facilities are often inadequate or outdated.
  9. Trust, clear communication, and culturally safe care need to be improved.
  10. Local communities want solutions that are designed for their specific needs.
