Health and Wellbeing Grants for Wee Waa Community
Through the Collaborative Care program, we are offering grants of $500 to $5,000 to local community groups and organisations. The funds can be used for activities that help improve the health and wellbeing of people in Wee Waa. These grants will help local people to take the lead in creating initiatives that help others feel healthier, more connected to their community, and more aware of local health services.
What are we looking for
Some examples of the types of community-led activities we want to fund are:
- Community gardens,
- Nutrition programs,
- Support groups,
- Exercise groups,
- Wellbeing lunches.
These are only examples, your idea can be different. We want to support fresh ideas from local community groups.

Please be aware that if your group does not have an ABN, your grant will be provided under the auspices of another local organisation. If your idea is successful, we will support you with this.
