In April 2025, the Collaborative Care Project asked our community to share their thoughts on local health services through the Leeton Health Services Survey.

Alongside the survey responses, this phase of the project also drew on other important data sources, including:

• Interviews with local General Practices
• Health Professionals Planning Workshop with insights from over 20 local health professionals
• Statistical data on Leeton population

Together, these data sources helped build a fuller picture of what’s working well — and where service gaps or challenges need attention.

These results are now helping guide how we plan for better, more connected health services across Leeton.
